Do you have the strength to wield our Loadable Thors hammer? Forged in the fire of the heavens by master craftsmen (Actually in Ormskirk, but you get where were going with this).

Loadable Function

Empty this beautifully crafted hammer weighs a hefty 4kg. This is enough of a challenge for most people, but with our added loadable function, you're able to add up to another 1kg - 1.2kg of extra weight.

This is simply done by adding either dry sand, powdered lead or anything similar to the easily accessible 20mm hole at the top. Secured with a plastic bung, this ensures the fillings are secure inside. We did originally develop a screw top but the plastic bung requires much less faffing.

Using Thors Hammer

There are a variety of ways you can use your brand new Thors Hammer. We love using it for wrist curls / extensions, levers and holds for time. Performing these exercises will help develop and strength.

Perfect if you're looking to increase wrist strength, forearm strength and even pack on a bit of extra muscle. 

It's also awesome as a showpiece in your gym, everyone loves picking up the Thors Hammer. If they have the power of course..
