The official British Grip Championships returns after 5 years 

We're super excited to bring back this traditional grip competition that was created and run by David Horne for almost 20 years.

Eligible Weight Categories

• Mens - Open 120kg+, 120kg ,105kg, 93kg, 83kg, 73kg, 63kg
• Junior Boys - U10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16, 17-18
• Mens Masters - 50+
• Womens - Open 100kg+, 100kg, 84kg, 72kg, 63kg
• Junior Girls - U10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16, 17-18
• Womens Masters - 50+

Depending on numbers for each category we will sort fairest on the day. All lifting attempts will be vaild for the category you weigh in for.
